Francie has been the head of Eicoff’s media department for 20 years. Under her guidance, the department has grown to over 30 people. In addition, Eicoff is the exclusive DRTV media buying arm of Ogilvy. Throughout , however, Francie has continued to buy. Because of her refusal to just manage , her knowledge of shows, stations, times and strategies is unmatched. And her relationships with station managers has given Eicoff clients opportunities other agencies simply cannot provide.

Francie has a B.A. in Radio/TV/Film from the University of Wisconsin.
