His 25 years in the business has honed his skill at maximizing a customer’s lifetime value. Rick was instrumental in the successful launch of AOL and NordicTrack. Currently, Doctors, Foster and Smith, GameFly, The SCOOTER Store and New York Life are the beneficiaries of his experience and expertise.

Rick has been co-chair of the Broadcast Council of the Direct Marketing Association. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, and a wicked tennis player.
