Account Coordinator 


Job Description

This is a junior position on the Client Services team that exposes all aspects of account management for future professional growth.  This is not an administrative position; the candidate should be prepared to have client contact (phone, email).  The ideal candidate for this position should show an interest in all aspects of marketing and an ambition for contributing to growing clients’ business through their advertising campaigns.  The AC will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team, as this position is highly collaborative.

An Account Coordinator at Eicoff can expect to learn about and grow in key areas of marketing/business, such as:

  • Media campaign management – TV & digital video
  • Strategy – research & analysis of industry trends, competitive data, etc.
  • Relationship management – clients & internal teams
  • Creative production

Specific duties in this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Gathering and analysis of regularly updated competitive media spend and creative occurrences
  • Monitoring relevant social media, industry news and trade publications
  • Design and development of client presentations
  • Participation in weekly client results calls and active participation in quarterly review meetings
  • Assisting with the production process of new DRTV commercials and editorial projects of existing spots
  • Management of the financial tracking of and calendar for union talent payments
  • Monthly tracking of client invoice summaries and submission


  • Bachelor’s degree; internship in relevant industry a plus
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An eagerness to learn and ability to pick up new programs and concepts quickly
  • Enthusiasm, diplomacy and proactive thinking
  • Strong research skills using multiple resources
  • Ability to manipulate numbers to identify key learnings and trends
