In the nearly two decades since Tim stepped into the halls of Eicoff, much has changed. Initially, it was the opportunity to create and produce television spots that lured him away from a big agency up the street. Now, thanks to the explosion of channels that carry video, TV is more dynamic than ever. Looks like he made a savvy decision.

"Targeting is one of the most exciting trends in advertising. And some are surprised to learn how precisely the most mass of the mass mediums - television - can be targeted. There's a real need to create ads that communicate to a variety of audiences on a variety of platforms."

Tim gets his fill of television at the office, because at home he's busy with his wife chasing their two boys from one activity to the next.
