Chicago, October 19, 2022 -- Earlier this month, HGTV unveiled their grand prize for their HGTV Urban Oasis® 2022 home giveaway: a brand new, fully furnished escape located in Nashville, TN.

And the first thing viewers likely noticed? The dramatic dark-blue exterior—courtesy of James Hardie, world’s leading producer and marketer of high-performance siding made of fiber cement and other exterior design solutions.

To showcase Hardie siding on the Nashville home, as well as generate awareness for the HGTV Urban Oasis 2022 sweepstakes, performance advertising agency Eicoff partnered with enhanced ad experts BrightLine to create an interactive commercial currently running on the discovery+ streaming platform.

In the ad, users can hit “Ok” on their remote to see a gallery of images and product descriptions of the prize home featuring James Hardie’s best-selling ColorPlus® Cedarmill Plank siding.

QR Code response is also being used to drive viewers directly to the JamesHardie.com brand website. 

“Our hope is that interested customers will scan the link -- going directly to the brand website and avoiding competitive bids on the internet -- and eventually enter into the sales funnel,” says Eicoff Account Executive James Vainisi.
