We Won Gold!

And that’s why we’re so excited and proud to announce we won “Gold” from AdAge and Modern Healthcare at this year’s Healthcare Marketing Impact Awards. Specifically, for Film/TV/Video Campaign of the Year in the Suppliers/Vendors/Pharmaceutical Companies category.  

When Conformis—an innovator in the knee and hip orthopedics space—came to us, they wanted people to understand they have options. Prospective patients no longer had to accept off-the-shelf implants and the “closest size is close enough” mentality. That’s because a Conformis implant is custom-made to fit, which can mean less cutting for surgeons and a shorter rehabilitation for patients.

We thought, who better to tell this story than a couple of knees themselves? Let’s use smart humor to contrast one nervous knee about to receive an off-the-shelf implant to an optimistic knee excited to get back to living with their Conformis implant.

And guess what? Our commercials cut through the clutter and moved the needle. In fact, Conformis’ website traffic increased by 89% compared to the periods without the television ads. Even better, after analyzing the TV influence data, Conformis saw a 3441% increase in likelihood that someone exposed to the TV campaign goes to their site vs. someone not exposed.

This success story not only made our client extremely happy, but also contributed to a vibrant and impactful campaign—exactly what we were aiming for.
