We leveraged geospatial analytics to pinpoint high-density patient concentration, including underserved Hispanic populations, optimizing clinic proximity for maximum impact. Our TV spots educated patients on the connection between increased time with doctors and social well-being with better health outcomes. Media was measured to appointment rates and lifetime-value metrics. We also consulted on a call center overhaul to ensure a more positive experience


Results

Our strategic plan and partnership ignited a 50% increase in patient base, directly fueling their expansion from 24 to 170 clinics in five years and revenue growth from $300 million to $2 billion, culminating in a landmark 2023 acquisition by CVS Health.
