Cuisines from all corners of world came out to compete. Swedish Meatballs. Jamaican Jerk Chicken. American Apple Pie. Belgian Waffles. French Fries. They were all there -- turning our conference room into a literal Who's Who of International Deliciousness.
However, this first-ever Eicoff Food Olympics wasn't about who won, lost or ate too much. Once again, it was about using our time and talents to give back. This spirited event of amateur chefs helped raise $600 for the Special Olympics. So thank you Bacon Wrapped Dates. Much love to you Empanadas from Argentina. Hats off to the Cuban Ropa Vieja.
